1.1 Booking Process - Book your cleaning service by calling or texting (916) 287-0207. Scheduling is simple and convenient. Payment is collected after the service is completed.
1.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling - Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment qualify for a full refund (if pre-payment was made). Rescheduling requests are accommodated based on availability.
1.3 Customization - We tailor our services to your specific needs. Let us know your preferences anytime before the service begins.
1.4 Supplies and Equipment - Clean Society provides all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. If you’d like us to use your supplies or tools, just let us know, and we’ll be happy to accommodate.​

Pricing & Payments:

2.1 Transparent Pricing - Our pricing is straightforward, with no hidden fees. Website prices are estimates; the final cost may vary depending on the condition of the home. Most appointments are billed based on duration.
2.2 Payment Methods - We accept Venmo, PayPal, ApplePay, Cash App, Zelle, Debit and Credit.
2.3 Non-Payment Policy - A 10% late fee will be added to any balance not received within 5 days of the service date. Accounts unpaid after 14 days may be sent to collections or pursued in small-claims court. Future bookings will be paused until the account is brought current. Returned or reversed payments are subject to a $35 processing fee plus any applicable bank charges. Clean Society reserves the right to decline future service for clients with repeated late or non-payment history.
2.4 Refunds - Refunds for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are processed within 3 business days.

We collect opt-in verbally from our customers. You will receive account alerts and promotional messages.
