  • Service providers will do their best to accommodate customization requests.

 

2. Pricing and Payments:

  • Our pricing is transparent, and there are no hidden fees.

  • Detailed pricing information is available on our website.

2.2 Payment Methods:

  • We accept major credit cards and secure online payments.

  • Payment is processed at the time of booking.

2.3 Refunds:

  • Refunds are provided for cancellations made within the specified timeframe.

  • Refund requests are processed within 3 business days.

 

3. First-Time Customer Specials:

  • First-time customer specials are available to individuals or households booking their first cleaning service with Clean Society.

  • These specials are limited to one use per customer.

3.2 Expiration:

  • First-time customer specials are limited-time offers and may expire without prior notice.

  • Expiration dates are clearly communicated during the booking process.

 

4. Subscription Plans:

4.1 Subscription Changes:

  • Customers can modify or cancel their subscription plans at any time through their user dashboard.

  • Changes made after the subscription renewal date will apply to the next billing cycle.

4.2 Billing:

  • Subscription plans are billed automatically on the scheduled renewal date.

  • Customers receive notifications before each billing cycle.

  • Our support team is available Monday thru Friday from 9am to 9pm. If you receive our voicemail, please leave a message and we will return your call within a 24 hour period.

  • We are committed to addressing and resolving issues in a timely manner.

 

6. Service Provider Application:

6.1 Application Process:

  • Individuals interested in joining Clean Society as service providers can submit their applications through our website.

  • Applications are reviewed, and qualified candidates will be contacted for the next steps.

6.2 Criteria:

  • Service providers must meet specific criteria outlined in the application process.

  • Clean Society reserves the right to reject applications that do not meet our standards.
